How Does Provisioning Work?
After an order has been placed, a CR8DL engineer will be notified to provision your fully GPU-enabled instance. Once the instance is ready, you’ll receive an email notification. Follow the instructions in the email to complete the registration process, including bookmarking the URL for your server for future access. If you encounter any issues during the provisioning process or have questions about accessing your instance, our support team is available to assist you.
How Long Does Onboarding Take?
Onboarding will take a few hours for most from the time of order. Every subscription includes a 1 day FREE trial for on-boarding and configuration.
How Do I Manage My Subscription?
Current members can manage and upgrade their subscription through our portal.
Is My Instances Reserved And Always Available To Me?
Yes. All of our VM instances are dedicated for your exclusive use during the subscription period. They are always on.
Do You Charge For Bandwidth/Data Transfer?
Absolutely not. No extra charge for ingress/egress.
Is CR8DL’s GPU On-Demand Available Globally?
No, CR8DL’s GPU On-Demand is only available in the USA for the time being.
When Is My Credit Card Charged?
Your credit card will be charged when the 1 day free trial ends. You can manage your subscription anytime in our subscription portal.
What Happens When I Cancel My Subscription?
When you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to your instance for the remainder of the subscription term. However, please note that once the term ends, your instance will be destroyed, and all data contained within it will be permanently deleted. We highly recommend that you download and save any data you need before the end of your subscription term.
